Dr Campbell - retirement

Dr Leslie Campbell - GP Partner will be retiring from the practice at the end of March, after 36 years of working in the NHS.

Patients registered with Dr Campbell, will be written to in due course with information on who their new registered GP will be.

Please be assured over the next few months, we will be working hard to try and link patients to GP’s they have previously seen, to ensure continuity as best as we can.
